At Ishita Gupta Art, each piece is created and handled with care. Due to the nature of original artworks and limited prints, all sales are considered final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance, as each artwork is unique and may differ slightly from its digital representation.

If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
